We handle family law and divorce matters for members of the military. We can represent out of state parties if the divorce will be covered under Georgia divorce law.

Many legal matters involving custody, property distribution, child support and alimony arise when a marriage is dissolved. As your legal representatives, we have the experience to understand the unique difficulties that may arise, and the expertise and creativity to help you resolve your disputes. We also have the experience and ability to zealously represent our clients in seeking custody arrangements and parenting access schedules that are favorable to them and in the best interests of the minor children.

We do not walk away once a divorce or custody matter is finalized. The firm provides legal representation to our former clients and new clients in post-judgment matters. Financial circumstances and the needs of the children may change, making it necessary to modify current court orders regarding alimony, child support, custody or visitation.

Georgia has seen some significant changes in its laws in certain areas, including but not limited to the area of child support and the calculation thereof. Senate Bill 382 modified existing law and has an effective date of January 1, 2007. Should you wish to discuss these changes and how they may affect you please Contact us  today to schedule a consultation.
