Mildred L. Kingloff (Deceased, 1910-1998)Mildred L. Kingloff (1910-1998) attended the Atlanta Public Schools and graduated from The Atlanta Law School in 1930. She was admitted to practice immediately after graduation and remained in active practice until her death in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Miss Kingloff was considered one of the deans of the women’s bar and family bar during her long and distinguished career. She chaired the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, served as president of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, served on numerous committees, was a member of many associations and was a life member of Hadassah, and was a respected and beloved mentor for countless lawyers during her sixty-eight year career. She was a member of the State Bar of Georgia and admitted to practice before all Georgia courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Miss Kingloff and William K. Travis practiced together in the areas of family law, criminal law, probate law and real property law for almost twenty-five years. |
